I want to share a piece of advice that a good friend pushed very hard on me when I began working at home with affiliate marketing. He told me “the key to being successful at home was to be productive.” Take it for what it’s worth but you will move in a foward direction towards your goal of financial freedom working at home if you can motivate yourself to stay productive.
Just to get you thinking look at a few ideas that will get you more productive right now!
1. Set up a schedule - It doesn’t have to be the same thing everyday, but a schedule will make sure you get a decent amount of work done each week.
2. Minimize distractions - I have a kid! She can be very distracting while typing. Don’t by any means neglect them, instead find them something to keep them occupied. Don’t Watch TV while you work. You need to focus.
3. Set up a structured day - Include normal 15 minute breaks and lunch. There should be a quitting time each day too.
Do this so you don’t burn yourself out. Working online 24/7 will get you to the poin where you can’t concentrate. Been there, Done that! Not any fun if you ask me.
Those are just a few ideas to get you thinking. You get the idea!
